Logo & Brand Elements
The Pemberton logo and red shield are established and recognized brand elements for this organization. In order to evolve and re-fresh their brand imagery, the logo was separated between the words ‘Pemberton’ and ‘Insurance’ to help avoid confusion about the corporate name and the geographic area located outside of Vancouver, BC. The term ‘brokers’ clarifies Pemberton’s service offerings while adding the date to their corporate shield highlights the company’s dependability and longevity in the marketplace.
The Pemberton website was evolved to be more relevant to their next generation of policy holders. After conducting Pivot Point Marketing’s strategic positioning, the strengths and differntiators now offered by Pemberton were brought to the forefront.
The new corporate tagline – ‘The confidence in knowing you are properly insured’ not only affirms their clients’ choice in Pemberton as their insurance broker, but speaks to all successful people regardless of their age. Pemberton’s strength is the level of customer service provided to generations of policy holders. The supporting messaging – ‘we acknowledge your success and deliver peace of mind’ speaks to how only Pemberton can deliver the services and policies that you need when you’ve achieved success within your lifetime.
The website navigation structure makes it easy for site visitors to clearly delineate between Business and Private Client insurance through drop-down menus and icons. It also shows the comprehensive services Pemberton Insurance provides to residents of British Columbia who have achieved success and demand the best service and highest quality insurance policies available for their personal and business needs.
Photos of Pemberton staff ‘in-action’ bring to life the dedicated and loyal employees of this firm. An on-site photo shoot provided consistency and unique brand imagery for the organization.
Pemberton was recognized as a “Coverholder at Lloyds” at an event held at their corporate office which honoured a 50 year business relationship between the two firms.
